Out of Town? Pause Your Milk!
If you are traveling or going on vacation, you can easily request to pause your weekly milk share. Just ensure you include these 4 specific details in the contact form next to this box:
Your Full Name
Your Designated Pickup Location
Your Total Weekly Milk Volume (e.g., Half-Gallon or 1 Gallon)
The Exact Dates/Length of the Pause
⚠️ Crucial Pause Policies:
Timely Notice = Account Credit: If your pause request is submitted in a timely fashion, you will receive a full credit on your account for the weeks you missed.
Submission Deadline: Please submit all pause requests no later than the week prior to your planned absence.
Late Requests: If a request is submitted less than one week before your pickup date, the pause may not be operationally possible. You will still be charged for any milk that is safely bottled and sent out to your drop location.

PLEASE NOTE: This form is exclusively routed to process vacation pauses. Do NOT use this form for any other communication or requests (such as permanently stopping your share, changing your volume tier, or adding artisanal products).
